Exercise on Prescription

If your Doctor or Practice Nurse feel that your condition could benefit from regular exercise she/he can refer you to one of the following 3 centres:

Stafford Leisure Centre
Lammascote Road, Stafford ST16 3TA

Beaconside Sports Centre
Staffordshire University, Weston Road, Stafford ST18 0AD

Westbridge Park Fitness Centre
Stafford Road, Stone, Staffordshire ST15 8QW

Here Fitness Consultants will devise an exercise programme for you.

There is a charge for the service, which includes an agreed number of attendances at your chosen Centre and further details about the scheme can be obtained from Mrs Margaret Tansey the Practice Secretary.
