Repeat Prescriptions
Collecting you Medicine / Prescriptions
If we do not dispense for you, you can collect your prescription from the Reception Desk at any time during surgery opening hours.
Some chemists will collect your prescription on your behalf and, if you have not already done so, you may wish to check with your usual chemist whether he/she is able to offer you this service.
If we dispense for you, you can collect your medication from the Dispensary during the following times:

How you can Help Us ?
As you will appreciate the Dispensary is very busy. Please help us by:
- Thinking ahead and ordering your medicines in good time.
- Ordering all your items together each month.
- If you order by telephone please ring on Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 1.00pm. Unfortunately we do not have staff available in the Dispensary to respond to calls at other times. The Receptionists are unable to take your order because of potential confusion which can occur over similar sounding drug names, strengths and quantities.
- Only calling to collect your medication when the Dispensary is open.
