The surgery is closed over the lunchtime period 1pm to 2pm daily. Patients will be able to call the surgery during this time for urgent medical attention, any other calls we ask that you wait until after 2pm.

There is a bus stop on Main Road opposite the Hazeldene House Surgery building. It is a very short walk from the bus stop to us.
Public Transport information is available from the Traveline website.
We have a large patient car park. The car park is only for the use of patients whilst attending the surgery, please move your car as soon as you leave the surgery.
All patient facilities at our main Surgery, apart from Treatment Room C, are at ground floor level and designed for ease of access. A fully equipped toilet for the disabled is located next to the main entrance. For patients who are hard of hearing we have an induction ‘Loop’ system. There is also a wheelchair kept on the premises for patients use within the building when necessary.
