Telephone Information

When you call the surgery, the receptionist may ask you some more detailed questions in order to make sure you are seen by the most appropriate person. Telephone calls are recorded for security and training purposes. Telephone Call Recording Policy.

Public Transport

There is a bus stop on Main Road opposite the Hazeldene House Surgery building. It is a very short walk from the bus stop to us.

Car Parking

We have a large patient car park. The car park is only for the use of patients whilst attending the surgery, please move your car as soon as you leave the surgery.

All patient facilities at our main Surgery, apart from Treatment Room C, are at ground floor level and designed for ease of access. A fully equipped toilet for the disabled is located next to the main entrance. For patients who are hard of hearing we have an induction ‘Loop’ system. There is also a wheelchair kept on the premises for patients use within the building when necessary.
